Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only, when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. We regret that we cannot offer cash or credit card refunds. All sale merchandise is final.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Clothing items are eligible for store credit or exchange if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with all original tags still attached with the sales receipt included. Footwear must be returned in original boxes and put inside a protective box. SALE items, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE ONLY. No returns will be accepted on these items. We do not refund shipping charges. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your receipt.
To receive a store credit for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date according to tracking info. We will do our best to work with you to spend your store credit as soon as your purchase is received back to us. Items that are returned outside of this window will not be accepted.
